NEXEMO.com does not currently accept orders outside the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. NEXEMO.com also requires a street or physical shipping address along with an active email address for order notification. No P.O. boxes are allowed. International customers please contact NEXEMO by email at support@nexemo.com

Delivery Time/ Shipping Deadlines

For standard ground shipping on in stock items, please allow up to 4-6 days to receive your order. Chemical orders placed after 12:00 PM and non-chemical orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next day. Depending on the volume of orders and your proximity to Texas, your actual delivery time may be longer or shorter.

Custom orders for promotional apparel and printed materials and bulk drum orders will have longer delivery times due to the nature of the products and delivery schedules.


If you have received a shipment that is incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@nexemo.com. Please include your order number so we may serve you better. Our friendly customer support representatives will work with you to resolve the problem. The site does not have the option to return items to NEXEMO or their vendor partners. Do not simply return or redirect the package back to NEXEMO or their vendor partner without contacting NEXEMO first. Packages returned to NEXEMO or their vendor partner without return authorization will be rejected. Opened items cannot be returned for a refund.

Promotional apparel and printed materials such as business cards and name badges are considered custom products and are non-returnable.
