Do not simply return or redirect the package back to NEXEMO or their vendor partner without contacting NEXEMO first. Packages returned to NEXEMO or their vendor partner without return authorization will be rejected. Opened items cannot be returned for a refund.
Promotional apparel and printed materials such as business cards and name badges are considered custom products and are non-returnable.
